A: No, Mattresses are not included.

A: Ordered normal twin mattresses and they fit fine.

To help prevent serious or fatal injuries from entrapment or falls:
1. Use guardrails on both sides of upper bunk
2. Prohibit horseplay on or under bed
3. Use the ladder for entering and leaving upper bunk
4. Never allow a child under 6 years on upper bunk
5. Use only mattress that is 74”-75” long and 37.5”-38.5” wide on upper bunk
6. Ensure thickness of mattress and foundation combined does not exceed 6 inch and that mattress surface is at least 5 inch below upper edge of guardrails.
7. Strangulation Hazard: Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for,for example,but not limited, hooks, belts and jump ropes.

We do not accept free returns for certain circumstances:
1. Once we get the shipping confirmation from customers and the order has been shipped out in transit via trucking service, any cancellation requests will not be allowed.
2. Missing or damaging parts when receiving the product, we will send the accessory for free.
3. Compensation for all losses caused by the product quality or logistics problems.
4. Compensation for some losses of removing bad reviews caused by product problems.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
