Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish. 2.Hardware may loosen over time; periodically check that all connections are tight. 4.Blot spills immediately with a clean, colorfast towel. Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, gently blotting to remove excess water, then air dry. For stains that can't be removed as such, professional cleaning is advised. We recommend periodically fluffing cushions and vacuuming crevices. To prevent fading, keep fabric out of direct sunlight. |

1. Q: Can the chaise longue be placed on the other side?
A: ST000008AAE cannot place the longue on the other side.
2. Q: Why does it take ten days to ship?
A: Because the sofa is so large that it needs to be transported by truck, after placing the order, you need to confirm the receipt information again. After confirmation, we will arrange for the truck delivery. The sooner you confirm the receipt information, the faster the receipt will be.
3. Q: What is the sofa made of?
A: The surface is microsuede fabric, and the filling material is new cotton + spring pocket
4. Q: Can the cushion cover be removed for cleaning?
A: It can be removed, but it is not recommended to clean, just wipe will do.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
