How do I use my points?
Redeeming your points is super simple:
- 20 points = $1 off your order.
- You can redeem tiered rewards: 200 points for $10 off, 400 points for $20 off, 800 points for $40 off, and more.
- You can automatically apply the discount directly at checkout once you have enough points in your account.
* Points cannot be redeemed if you have fewer than 200 points.
Can I use my points with discount codes?
Points redemptions cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Only one discount (either points or a code) can be applied per order.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in two easy ways:
- Get 25 welcome points automatically when you create an account.
- Earn 20 points for every $1 you spend on orders (pre-tax).
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
If you return items from your order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points for a discount, the redeemed points will be returned to your account once the return is fully processed.
